Удружење ТАЛЕНТИ – Скопје уз финасиску подршку ТАВ Аеродроми – Македонија, 10, 11 и 12 октобра 2013 године, у одмаралиштy Зидани Мост у селу Богомила крај Велеса, одржалo је тродневни едукативни Семинар са насловом: „Инклузија помеѓу лицата со и без хендикеп“.

Циљ пројекта „Инклузија помеѓу лицата со и без хендикеп“ је подизање свести становништва да и особе са хендикепом подједнако могу да доприносе развоју друштва исто како и остали грађани. На тренингу је учествовало 14 учесника при чему се водило рачуна о равноправној заступљењности особа са хендикепом и особа без хендикепа као и родној равноправности. Као тренери на семинару радиле су Мирана Васић и Татјана Јанковић из удружења ИНКЛУЗИВНИ ПОКРЕТ из Београда чиме је овај семинар добио међународни карактер.

Удружење за развој талената особа са хендикепом ТАЛЕНТИ – Скопје је невладина и непрофитна организација чији је циљ изградити платформу за откривање и развијање различитих талената особа са инвалидитетом и деца без родитеља и родитељске бриге. Ова се визија темељи на потпуном друштвеном укљученошћу ових лица у областима: културе, науке, образовања, уметности, спорта… при чему тежимо да наш програм остваримо преко савремених метода и медиума као што су: креативне радионице, обуке, конкурси, комуникације, информациска и едукативна средства и сл. Удружење ТАЛЕНТИ – Скопје и удружење ИНКЛУЗИВНИ ПОКРЕТ из Републике Србије имају потписан Меморандум о сарадњи од 2012. године.

European Challenge has been a seven-day training which took place in Belgrade, Serbia from 29th Oct. to 6th Nov. 2012. The training has been organized by Inkluzivni pokret which also was hosting organization. The participants were 31 youth workers, youth leaders or civil servants who actively work in youth organizations or youth services, from Hungary, Macedonia, Romania, Latvia, Croatia and Serbia. The training aims to explore and analyze inclusive youth work and the potential of international youth projects in achieving inclusion through youth entrepreneurship.

The Objectives are: to share methods and approaches of youth inclusion, look at the reality of unemployment and inclusion youth work in different European and SEE countries, share real life experiences and good practices in this field with international colleagues, bring a clear view on the possibilities in the Youth in Action programme in inclusion, establish new partnerships for the improvement of quality in international youth work and develop project ideas into concrete plans. The training is based on learning by participation methodology and non formal learning methods (work in small groups, discussions, role plays etc). It is expected to assist individuals to develop their skills by experiencing activities in a safe and friendly atmosphere at the workshop. The participants will be able to transfer on their own turn the new skills in their life and act as multipliers in the broad community.

Beside workshops the participants had possibility to visit examples of good practice of pupils companies in Medicine School, to see presentation of Junior Achievement Serbia organization which aim is to educate and inspire youth in entrepreneurship, economics and in business; to visit Info Room and see presentation of Youth Office Belgrade City Government of Belgrade organization; to visit organization Living Together, association for mentally challenged peoples and to work on their own ideas for future projects.

Inclusive Movement is looking for four participants in the training course “European Challenge” that will take place in Belgrade, Serbia from October 29 – November 6, 2012.

“European Challenge” is a seven-day training which aims to explore and analyze inclusive youth work and the potential of international youth projects in achieving inclusion through youth entrepreneurship.

It will gather youth workers (professional or voluntary), unemployed youngsters or youngsters facing some kind of exclusion from Macedonia, Hungary, Romania, Latvia, Croatia and Serbia.

The main aim of the project is to equip participants with the knowledge, critical thinking and practical skills that will make their everyday work more effective. The training is based on learning by participation methodology and nonformal learning methods. Participants will get basic understanding of the inclusion process, concept of social and youth entrepreneurship and exchange ideas how to fight rising youth unemployment.

100% of accommodation and food costs and 70% of the travel costs will be covered by the project.
